The two lieutenants of Doctor Ixcel's army of robotic "Incogs". These two machine men have enhanced strength and agility to carry out Ixcel's demented plans.

Both are savvy and cunning agents, but the newer Regent has the ability to override any electrical device. What the older Bogart lacks in upgrades, he makes up for in fury. Unfortunately for Sam, he ran afoul of Bogart, and now finds him at the top of the mechanical killer's list!
